By qualification, she is PGDM (MBA), MS in Psychotherapy and Counseling, Dip in Training and Development. Having trained thousands of students and professionals, she further chose to go deeper in this the world of mind and soul and started learning NLP, Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy, Radical (Chakra) Healing, Access Bars, Pranic Healing and other mindfulness and consciousness modalities in order to heal herself, her students and clients.

A seeker at heart, she has actively participated in many self-development and spiritual programs including the advance courses of The Art of Living Advance, Inner Engineering, Arhatic Yoga, etc. In this journey, she has compassionately facilitated and touched lives of many through trainings, counseling, coaching,mentoring, therapies and healings and brought about a vital shift in their lives,and the process continues.
